We are getting several reports out of Paris that one person has been decapitated. Also that there has been an explosion at a gas factory in South Eastern We also know that France. France has opened a terrorism investigation following the attack. Officials say one person was found decapitated, multiple others wounded. One official says banners with Arabic writing were found near the decapitated body. There has been an arrest of one individual.
This is just breaking now.
