Brothers and sisters, lam from Masaka in Buddu, where l performed my
obligation as linage leader (omukulu w'olunyiriri), Omutaka Makaato ,
head of Biringiirwa Lineage at Kisawo near Lukaya now in Kalungu
District. We have lost our parliamentary correspondent Seruyange of
Monitor Publications and burial is today.
Back in the constituency, things are not bad at all but we are
collectively fight for our share in terms of constituencies in
accordance with the constitution.
Local Government Minister, Electoral Commission and Parliament seem
to have forgotten their obligations. But as Wakiso, or Greater
Kampala or Greater Mpigi, we are fighting tooth and nail to get our
municipalities municipal divisions.
Some of our colleagues, who even don't know gates of parliament, are
at malwa joints claiming how they are fighting for constituencies and
municipalities. Fortunately Makindye Ssaabagabo is urban and
constituents know who really matter, who fights, and who spend most of
their times in bars and lodges.
