{UAH} Photo shopping by Sarah Kagingo

Sarah Kagingo has been caught out posting photo-shopped pictures in
her daily briefings on Museveni Kayibanda's meaningless travels around
the country. Kagingo has been posting manipulated pictures which show
large crowds attending Kayibanda's rallies, but on examination, the
photos turn out to be cuttings of totally unrelated pictures cobbled
and put together by an amateur photographer. Some of them are so
obviously fraudulent that at the same rally, you have crowds looking
in opposite directions, or displaying totally different emotions.
Kagingo's fraudulent activities are making the rounds on the UAH
Facebook. Why does Kagingo have to resort to such Nazi propaganda
tactics which were perfected by Joseph Goebbels, Hitler's Chief of
Propaganda? I think Kagingo undersetimates the intelligence of
Ugandans. I wonder why she thinks Ugandans can not see a fraudulent
picture that has been made up for propaganda purposes. The woman lacks
integrity and I wonder why she calls herself a journalist. I can now
see why Mr Tamale Miringi was so scathing about Kagingo.
