The minister of information narrowly survived a kniffe attack at his home yesterday morning.
The attacker was none other than his wife Susan,who had just discovered that her husband was set to attend a wedding ceremony of his other biologigal daughter fathered outside the marriage,who got married to the son of minister Mateke yesterday.
Susan Muhwezi had instead insisted that Jim should not attend the wedding of his biological daughter born to a one Jane,a close relative of the queen mother of Tooro.
When Jim Muhwezi tried to storm out of the house,the wife ran after him armed with the knife and shouting ,attracting the attention of passers -by and the neighbours,.
The bodyguards rescued him.The drama ended when Jim Muhwezi agreed not to attend the wedding of his daughter and instead followed Susan to her own relative's wedding a one Kavuya.
In the 1990s,a woman thought to have had a relationship with Jim Muhwezi,had her car explode while she was about to enter it on a Kampala street, surviving narrowly.
The fingers pointed at Susan as being behind it,and this woman fled the country and lives in Germany.
Feeling the embarrassment, yesterday, Muhwezi told the master of ceremonies at the daughter's wedding a one Amos Nzeyi,to tell the guests that he could not be in attendance and that he had travelled on official duties. abroad.
