{UAH} Muteesa II at Kampala city before his Kibuga was on 08 October 1962, declared the capital city

Jjajja Ssekabaka Capt. Sir Daudi Chwa II and Ssekiboobo Hamu Mukasa, who gifted the private lands in Kyaggwe County, on which Bishop Tucker Theogical College was founded in 1913; and it is the same lands donated by Ssekiboobo Hamu Mukasa of Buganda Kingdom, on which current Mukono Christian University, is built.


2.King Muteesa II at Kampala city, the Capital of Buganda Kingdom, before his Kibuga was on 08 October 1962, declared the capital city of the new independent Uganda, born on 09 October 1962. Kampala is the native city for the people of Buganda Kingdom, but on 08 October 1962, their capital was declared the capital city of a new Uganda comprising 15 different territories, including some tribal groups who hate Buganda, despite living and working in Kampala-Kyaddondo and Entebbe-Busiro found within the territory of Buganda Kingdom.
