Folks;
This two-term UPC mayor of Kitgum as abandoned his mother party and joined NRM, in time for the next general elections. While he applauds NRM for the development Kigtum has enjoyed, it's his mention of the infighting within UPC as another reason for his defection that should cause concern to UPC leadership.
