{UAH} Urban and Infrastructure Development Conference 14th .15th October

Allan

You recently posted the 10 point program.  Amazing!

My experience now shows to me the problem we have as Africans is beyond us - it is a sorry state. Are you sure when NRM- Museveni disappears , we are not getting NRM - a, b, c, d - you besides talking about Museveni, there is no talka about issues affecting the people a rare bland of politics indeed!

Look for a news segment about Moa taking on Lukwago.

Uhuru was castiagting the same disease Kenya as Uganda has and I am not quite sure, today there  is any one single person with a solution to Ugandas problems - now that corruption and stealing is institutional, that over the thirties years institutional thieves have created a class of their own with children trained in USA, Kenya and Europe - so the question comes back to you which NRM should take power?

If Jeema or CP could win and take power I will be more confortable - but the possibilities are limited for those two.
