{UAH} EC SHOULD GAZETTE NEW MUNICIPALITIES

Brothers and sisters, Uganda Independent Electoral Commission should
gazette new municipalities, municipal divisions and wards in
preparation for 2016 general elections. Aspiring mayors, municipal
Councillors, municipal divisions chairpersons, municipal division
Councillors have not yet picked their nomination forms because the
commission is yet to gazette.
If it is waiting for new districts some of which deemed to have
started operating on July 1st 2015, then Parliament should pass the
resolution soon, and let me home that Kyaddondo District will be one
of them
