{UAH} Shame on you Abbey Pope Francis arrived in Uganda at four pm now its 8 pm and no story on UAH

Dear Abbey

Its a shame you did not organise to have a journalist report the Pope's arrival in Uganda, and I as write this  at 8 pm no story on the Pope's arrival, and visit to State House etc.

What should we call this ommission.
