{UAH} OLD KAMPALA AND KIBULI DANCE TO THE TUNE OF EXTERNAL FORCES

Brothers and sisters, on many occasions, l have put blame on the current Muslim wrangles on both factions. However, for one of the factions to use this political season of presidential, parliamentary and local government elections, to elect a rival Mufti, in reaction to another faction which refused Kabwegwegyere Report, there may be external forces local and international that fear Muslim unity.
