{UAH} ONE OF OUR BOEING 777 HAD A PROBLEM LAST NIGHT

We are getting reports of an Air Canada Boeing 777 that was coming from Shanghai into Toronto last night, they got a problem in Alaska as they were trying to inbound. They hit a turbulence that affected the passengers. We are informed that the pilot was aware that they were heading into the turbulence and he advised everyone to belt in. However as always there are those passengers that refuse to belt, and it is those that were forced to hit the roof of the airbus. 22 were injured with break necks and backs to minor injuries. The pilot decided to divert the air craft into Calgary and they landed to get medical attention. As much as I can tell the passengers are still in Calgary waiting for a different air craft to inbound them into Toronto. There were about 332 passengers on this baby.

 

When a pilot says belt in yourself, learn from this and do so.
