The NDP party is holding a national convention in Edmonton this week end, in that convention a vote on the leadership has been taken, and we are being informed that Thomas Mulcair is out as the leader of Federal NDP.  Members of the party have just voted 52% in favor of Federal Leadership Review during the party's convention.
