The syndrome of"order from above"is being transfered to the crucial sectors of service delivery in the country.
This mystery that has bedeviled the law and justice sector has now found its ways in the health sector.
Recently Sr Adong Santina, a midwife at Abim Hospital together with other hospital staff who were on duty on the day Dr Besigye visited the hospital, were recorded on television making a passionate appeal about the problems of Abim hospital.They whole hospital has operated one full year without a medical doctor and yet this the very government approving the exporting of doctors to Trinidad and Tobago, how ludicrous can we be?.

The credible information we have received says they have been issued letters from the CAO and RDCs with threats of possible suspension.
These regime should stop filing it's inadequacies with intimidation and harassment, we need efficient service delivery not efficient threats.
Its that man again Mpimbazi Hashaka ,he deserves to be fired by the people.
Remember he was chased from Namayingo by the locals.
The CAO of Abim district Mr Nandala Moses Kaziba who is busy threatening health workers at Abim hospital with suspension for hosting Dr Besigye during his tour of the ailing hospital is the guy who told the Public Accounts Committee of Parliament that vouchers for shs900m he embezzled were eaten by termites
