seems you fell on your sword. Don't be discouraged. Your experience
makes you very marketable. This is the right time to pick Kayibanda's
pockets. I will tell you a story I read recently, of a green man from
Mars, only three feet tall and with very long ears and tail, who fell
down to earth and became an immediate media sensation. An inteprid
journalist rushed to the scene, and the bewildered green man asked the
journalist, "where am I ?". Very surprised by the man's naivity, the

closer to the green man, replied in a silent conspiratorial voice,
while tapping his nose with his middle finger: "Never mind where you
are mate; dont open your mouth unless it is worth your while. Start
with $1 million dollars; it could even be higher"!!!! So my friend Al
Haji Ahmed, follow this journalist's advice to the green man. Put your
asking price at $10 million and then negotiate downwards if necessary,
but not by much. I have now confirmed that Kayibanda has $12 billion
stashed away so hit the nail when it is still hot. And don't tell
Robert Atuhairwe or Tony Owana about it. You don't want your own
