{UAH} Charles Rwomushana arrested over Christopher Aine picture

Reports reveal that Social media commentator Charles Rwomushana has been arrested. He was today Summoned by Police. He is currently detained at SID Kireka.
This comes a few houra after Red pepper Editors Ben Byarabaha was released.

Rwomushana is accused of sharing  a picture thay purports to prove Amama  Mbabazi's head of security Christopher Aine is already dead.
