{UAH} If police cannot protect people and property which is their cardinal role?

''Today i have visited this WBS journalist Andrew Lwanga at Norvic hospital...his story can make u cry.

He was beaten by the DPC Old Kampala Joram Tumwesigye in feb last year who damaged his spinal code and his nerves can't respond to body organs so he wears pampers as a baby to help...

Gen.Kayihura last month flew NRM supporters in a helicopter to a referral hospital to treat injuries they got from a scuffle which they masterminded.....
Uganda police has staked 20m Shs on information that can lead to the arrest of Christopher Aine a suspect in a case of simple assault........

But ....Gen.Kayihura and the Uganda police can not pay for Lwanga Andrew to be operated, they want him dead and indeed he may die soon.... he was assaulted by a police man in the Uganda Gloria police uniform(Should such a militia be called Uganda Police really?) while Andrew was on his professional duty as a journalist covering a demonstration of Unemployed Youths(me inclusive) who were taking a letter to the IGP's office Naguru

.Since march last year he has been down up to today...
He needs an operation but Uganda police can't help him yet he was damaged by their officer in uniform while Andrew was on his office duty...

I am feeling so sad for my country Uganda,The day Joram assaulted him is the day he last held his camera which was his source of bread,The case at Uganda road has stalled for months because Uganda police refuses to send there the investigating to testify against their own killer DPC Joram...Who owns Uganda and how can Ugandans get back their rights as citizens?
What should we do?
He will be in court again on 14th of Jan
May God have mercy on you brother Andrew.''
