Prominent Kenyan senators are declaring in droves that come next year they want to become governor. Here are a few
 
Senator Kiraitu Murungi, Governor of Meru
 
Senator Anyong Nyong, Governor of Kisumu
 
Senator Orengo, may be Governor of Siaya
 
Senator Sonko , Governor of Nairobi
 
Senator Khalwale, Governor of Kakamega
 
Minister Eugene Wamalwa, Governor of Trans Nzioa
 
former minister Henry Kosgey and recently resigned Agriculture CS, Fekix Koskei, have declared their interests for Nandi governor
 
Former minister Ole Lenku gearing up for Kajidao governor run
 
Mr Kimemia, former secretary to cabinet and head of civil service, is gunning for Governor Nyandarua.
 
Mr Franklin Bett and Magerer are running for in the senate by-elections to replace Mr Keter. Go figure
