Brothers and sisters, let's pray for the outgoing palriament to make
some few constitutional/ electoral reforms so that our corade, Dr.
Warren Kizza Besigye, at least, becomes Leader of Opposition in the
10 th Parliament, as there is no doubt that he will be the first run
up in a knock out game where NRM's President Yoweri Museveni is going
to trounce them all.
