By the above, Ayena and Ongwen have unleashed the most lethal canisters of worms on the NRM government yet to be grabbed by an astute layer. An astute legal brain in Uganda can seize on this opportunity to drag the sitting NRM government to court for failing to protect its communities - even worse, for over 25 years. That means there was a motive or motives for NRM government to keep Kony alive on controlled killing sprees in the Northern and Eastern killing fields. Besides, all the key players (aka accessories) to the massacres including Museveni are still alive.

And yes, communities can sue a sitting government for failing to protect them. The right time to drag NRM to court is now and not for posterity to reincarnate the ancestors to provide dates, events and occurrences when they finally come to realize ati kumbe the government can be sued.
