Dr Kiza Besigye and Gen Mugisha Muntu arrested, FDC HQs invaded and tear gas at Najjanankumbi as FDC parallel tally centre was about to announce its own election results (only the EC by law is allowed to pronounce presidential results.) FDC supporters apparently block entebbe road
