{UAH} CONGRATULATIONS SENEGAL & H.E PRES. MACKY SALL

Congratulations to the people of Senegal and particularly His Excellency President Macky Sall for providing the leadership that led to Sundays unique referendum.
In a comparably peaceful, free and fair electoral process, Senegal has now approved the constitutional reform novelty where presidential terms have been reduced by the people, from 7 to 5 years (with 62.9% voting "Yes" on the reforms, while 37.1% voted "No").
Again thank you Senegal for helping Africa get on a new path where institutions are strengthened, serve the peoples will, and can function independently and impartially.
