Unlike previously, the decision will be by absolute majority against Petitioner in the formation of 6:3, 7:2, 8:1, 9:0, though the last is most unlikely for these judges are sensitive to issues arising.
Possibility of costs being awarded. The judges are aware somebody was trying to set up for fun.
