{UAH} Just for laughs. It happened.

A dude on the lam sees a $50,000 reward pegged on him for anyone offering info on his whereabouts.

He seizes the opportunity to turn himself him in but for a reason. He demands the reward before he is gandcuffed saying first it was he who identified the criminal (himself) and second he needed the reward to upkeep his family while he serves time.

And true, his lawyer helped him win the reward and he went behind bars but for only 6months.

Now, that was a real deal.
