{UAH} President Museveni - Local Governments are disabled and inefficient

1. Local Gov't can do more like using urban waste to generate electricity or solar farms to light streets

 

2. Local Gov't can provide planned land for industrial and commericial buildings - but more so off -grid utilities are changing urban organization

 

3. If Local Gov't in Uganda doesn't have big data in respective Departments is it an indication of inefficiency - what a decisions based on?

 

4. How can respective Local Gov't Departments in Uganda use data to run their business?

5. What/How can the Private Sector contribute in investment to uganda Local gov't to provide utility and amenities services?

 

6. Local government implement government program – which are basically physical planning, rural and urban design - do local governments in Ugnda the manpower and ability to do so?

A recap:

How many pupils, students do we have in each school in each subcounties/ counties etc - Education officers

How many in and outpatient do we have in each health care facility in each subcounties/ counties etc - District medical officers

How many Uganda do not have permanent housing/dwelling in each subcounties/ counties etc - District development officers

How many acrea are planted with potates, maize etc in each subcounties/ counties etc - District agriculture officers , surveyor

How many people are in trade, commerce, agriculture of both in each subcounties/ counties etc
