{UAH} UBC's Owana battles Mbabazi in court

As a member of UAH, i protest Tony Owana's involvement in this matter. Isn't he gathering enough bread as a vuvuzela of the system? Why take on more than he can chew yet he offered his pay to whoever would whistle-blow that they had been vehemently denied the national broadcaster's resources? Wasn't that enough effort on his part?
On a less serious note, if i were one of the judges i would put it to the petitioner 'how many votes are commensurate to UBC's coverage and how does it affect the mind of the voter?'
We variously heard from so called Go forwarders that UBC was of no effect but that can't be admitted in court so let's wait for the learned bench to pronounce itself on the matter.
And by that i don';t mean Ogupit or John or Ikanos or Allan or Nsheme or Simon.
