Any man who gets turned on from mere glimpse of a woman's breats is a pervert. And that by itself means there are no such types of male perverts in Karamoja bcos men there never miss a day without seeing them boobs of all types and sizes except texture. To me, "Nudity" is voluntary and intentional display or exposure of the whole and complete female Enchilada or male Chimichanga from head hair - if any - to toe.
