{UAH} Eliminating unmployment

The Uganda Government MUST get involved not just dishing out money through banks -- it does not work that way!

- Renovate all Public Schools, Police/Prison's buildings and HealthCare facilities in and around the country

- Invest in solar energy - but also its research and production

- Restart regional Public Transport network

- Increase number of rural Health Visitors to eliminate unhygienic and related disease through home to home visits

- Set up industrial and commercial buildings for Traders in border towns - this will increase trade and commerce due to low rate for rent

- Start Cooperative mental fabrication, woods works and mechincal engineering workshops in each municipality as startup for urban dwellers. on job learing an youth can join

-- Move people out of fragile Tropical ecological areas to organised human settlements - housing construction is a very big enduring sector

- Launch a genetic and biodiversity data collection centre for this region - collecting data will take some years for biologically and ecological oriented youth.

 

all the above will increase activities in Agriculture
