{UAH} President Museveni - the Youth Creative thinking

Engage young people in positive thinking and pay them for

a. Competitive construction designing of roads, bridges, buildings

b. Innovative research in engineering, and machine design

c. Creative writing and thinking about life, nutrition, environment

d. Discovery of plants, insect and animal species

 

etc

Make them aware of their environment and such competation should be annual event and see what happens
