Even though I am not a Musawo by profession, but I try to post information in these forums when I hear about them, for I think that it is of a greater value to  many out there. Let me as well remind many of you, that many UPC members of this forum as George Okello and Edward Pojim have tried their best to silence any one that tried to post medical information in these forums, for to them the more Ugandans that remain ignorant the more continue to die. The information I am going to post to you this morning, is solely based on an allegation that has remained very consistent in this hemisphere. Again in making this information public to you as women in the forum, I beseech you to research it and to make the decisions on your life based on that research, a research I need you to do your selves for this allegation, has been with us for a while and it is so strong that it is only fair to make it public to all women out there. Research it and make your own decision about your lives. Again I know as soon as I make this writing public, The Edward Pojim’s and George Okello’s are going to jump on it and attack it, but I have decided to use the forum more valuable than educating Ugandans on how to climb pawpaw trees and discussing the size of Dr. Stella Nyanzi’s tits.                ->So here we go !!!!!!

 

In many women daily lives, there is no product they use as baby powder, and I am using the term baby powder but actually the real  term for this product is Talcum Powder, but for this piece I am going to use the term baby powder that is of a more common usage in our society. After many women finish taking a bath, they use many things on their body, including this powder, which they put in many parts of their body. The allegation I am raising today is about a woman using it for feminine hygiene. If you are among the women that use baby powder for feminine hygiene, realize that there is a very strong allegation that the product produced by Johnson & Johnson is raising a great fear in society that it causes ovarian cancer. Now to put the term feminine hygiene in a more complicated language, it is to dump that powder in your pant and you stick it into yourself. That baby powder, it is alleged that it walks right into you and it creates ovarian cancer in many women out there. The allegation continues that many women have died, and many women are living with cancer but the only common thing they have all used is Johnson & Johnson baby powder. The allegation as well continues that Johnson & Johnson is actually aware that its product is not good to be used by women for feminine hygiene, but the company, the allegations continue that it refused to warn the women using it, or it held information it had and it simply kept the product on the shelves. And trust me  it is selling as a hot cake for it does miracles for women.

 

As these allegations pile up, numbers and numbers of victims have been collected for a while, and they are astronomical, when you look at many American jurisdictions they have filled massive numbers of class action against Johnson & Johnson, so that the company pays for the women that have died, and those living with ovarian cancer. As these cases walk through the court systems, we are watching them closely to see what the jury decides, for Johnson & Johnson is still claiming that its product is safe, and many women that do not know about this issue are still buying. Let me remind you that for years and years, smoking has been causing cancer, the manufacturers knew about it, and the governments knew about it, yet to today cigarettes are still a legal product in North America, even though all studies have shown that it causes cancer, and it has killed so many people out there. What is disturbing In this issue is that when you  test a tissue of an ovary with cancer, you find many particles of talc into it, so as this  powder stops rushes on your body, as it dries your tissues, the talc into it walks straight into your ovaries and it develops inflation which causes cancer cells in your ovaries. And that study has been known for many years, but as cigarettes are on the shelves so is baby powder and the women buying and are dying.

 

Even though I knew that many jurisdictions in United States are in courts struggling with these cases, I refused to take it serious for Americans are known to hold so many petty cases, however two things pushed me to raise this issue to you this morning, in 2013 one case against Johnson & Johnson was won in an American jurisdiction, so the judge and the jury agreed that the woman was right, for she used baby powder for feminine hygiene, and also when we are at it, she used  the popular Shower-to-Shower body powder-as part of her personal hygiene for thirty years, both products have talc into them and she ended up with Ovarian cancer. Secondly after watching how the cases in United States are going, there is a Toronto law firm that is preparing to file a class action against Johnson & Johnson for all women that have attained ovarian cancer in this city and country. The law firm in Toronto, is suing for all women that have died, all women that have ovarian cancer today and women that do not have it yet but are psychologically suffering, for they question themselves if they are infected or not. The law firm in Toronto is alleging pain and suffering because of negligent research and development, design, testing, manufacture, licensing, marketing, distribution and sale of perfumed talcum powder under the brand name of Johnson & Johnson. It is important  to note that even though Johnson & Johnson has not pulled this product off the shelf yet, they are following these cases and settling them quietly. Now are they doing that for they know it is a bad product or not? And lastly realize that talc can remain in your ovaries for thirty years without cancer showing up yet. Do your own research and make your own decision if you are using this product. And kindly advise our people at home as well to research as much as they can for both adult and young girls.
