Here is one testimony of a victim of NRA atrocities in Northern Uganda. The NRA, aterrorist gang of murderers and hired thugs, made the first known attempt on the African continent against the the Acholi people through a scorched earth policy of genocide and mass extermination. Its kingpin, blood-soaked Rwandan outlaw Kayibanda Museveni tried to do to the Acholi people what Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler tried to do to the Jewish people- ie wipe them off the face of the earth. Both of them failed to achieve their intended objective, but left behind a long litany of war crimes, crimes against humanity and a long trail of human suffering. Adolf Hitler escaped justice by swallowing cynide, but we do not intend to let Kayibanda get away with it. He will one day be dragged before the bar of justice, and even if he escapes to the Ituri or Garamba forest, we will follow him there. He has no where to run and no where to hide.He has to appear before the bar of justice and meet his fate- most likely hanging at the gallows.
