{UAH} JET TERROR?

Atuhairwe,

I have just read somewhere that air force jets are flying in the air to terrify certain defiant citizens on the ground into refraining from breaking certain rules.

Have you seen or heard of anyone who fled in terror when he or she saw these jets? Do you know of anyone who pointed his or her camera at the jets in abject terror, before posting the images and videos on social media, again in abject terror?

I am anxious for this info before I return from where I had taken cover.
