{UAH} KADAGA, OULANYAH BOUNCE BACK, NO VICTOR OR VANQUISHED!
Fellow countrymen and women, l wish to warmly congratulate Rt. Hon.
Rebeca Alitwala Kadaga and Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah for retaining their
positions as speaker and deputy speaker of Parliament respectively,
according to latest information from an NRM Caucus meeting at State
House Entebbe.
We are grateful to the caucus members especially those that were
aspiring to become deputy speaker.
Since Hon. Muhammad Nsereko Zaake is an independent but with an NRM
background, he may be persuaded to pave way for Rt. Hon. Oulanyah on
May 19th.
No victor no vanquished, even the opposition.
