Does the Ugandan constitution expressively prohibit public office holders from indulging in witchcraft, sorcery or such pagan activities?

If not, Speaker Kadaga should be left alone. 

A critical aspect of our African-ness is our belief that our ancestors still determine our success and well-being. One medium to interact with them is through witchcraft.

If that is Kadaga's belief, and no single human being is sacrificed for her homage to her Spirits, then it sits well with me.
