{UAH} RESPONSE to SEMAKULA: has UNAA Violated Anti Corruption laws?

The anti corruption laws apply to both human beings and corporations...that means UNAA members, as well UNAA itself. Without knowing all the facts, I can't tell if UNAA members or UNAA itself have violated those laws. 

But I know that UNAA and its members may have been violating other laws, e.g  tax laws and regulations, especially in regards to the money that the NRM donates to UNAA. I hinted at some of them  a few months ago.  When members finally get a chance to look at the financial documents, I will be in a better position to answer your questions.
