{UAH} Mukula reconciles Kiyonga, Mumbere

The flamboyant NRM V.C for Eastern region has been dabbling in a peace-building mission in the Rwenzori sub-region and today has unveiled a break-through. There is no record of warmth between Defence Minister Kiyonga and Rwenzururu king, Wesley Mumbere ever. The latter was opposed to the Rwenzururu cultural institution uncompromisingly.

Their friction saw Kiyonga lose his seat for the first time since 1980 and scored dead for no apparent reason but cultural issues and demand for a new 'Yiira Republic' with backing of ethnic Bakonjo were cited.

Where does this leave soothsayers who had a lot to say for as long as they imagined an escalating situation. I get they will stick up their heads unabashedly while looking for new victims to incite.
