I hear the Kibuye-Busega section of the Southern bypass is to cost at least 84billion shillings (24million dollars) per kilometre. This is madness but i hope i am technologically challenged and technically undressed.
We are used to 800, 000dollars per kilometre of tarmac on regular road. These other figures are only tolerable aware that officials also know what the public would think of them.
