What are your comments on the actions of master cut-throat Kaybanda
Museveni, as narrated below by Wafula Ogutte? Would you agree with me
that the Rwandan outlaw has taken corruption and patronage to the
edges of obscenity? Do we still have a parliament in Uganda?

Can this really be true? How low can a ruler stoop? Due to public
pressure you renege on your earlier promise and refuse to ascent to an
Income Tax Bill because it gives MPs only an exemption on their
mileage allowances. So you return it to Parliament arguing rightly
that is not morally defendable. Then a few days later because you are
facing a rebellion, you summon your Party MPs to State House and tell
them you would allow the tax exemption if they agreed to vote for a
Deputy Speaker of your choice.A sweetner of shs 5m is also thrown in.
Political corruption of the highest Ddegree.
