{UAH} Shocking: HIV-Positive Women In Uganda Are Being Sterilized Without Their Consent

This unethical practice by some of our health professionals in Uganda should be investigated and the perpetrators brought to book. HIV/AIDS is no longer the great threat it was when it just came; research has helped to get ways it can be managed; why sterilize somebody without his/her consent? 

I ask, if sterilization was really good for that person, why fear to get the person's consent?
