{UAH} THANKS FOR NRM TO KEEP STATUS QUO IN PARLIAMENT

Fellow countrymen and women, following the conclusion of C.E.C.
meeting on Monday May 2nd 2016, and according to NRM EC Chairperson
Dr. Tanga Odoi's statement, tomorrow's event in NRM Parliamentary
Caucus seems to be a formality so will be the first plenary session of
the 10th Parliament scheduled on May `19th 2016, insha Allah. Baganda
say: Rt. Hon. Rebecca Alitwala Kadaga is assured of a second term but
as Baganda say: Bw'omegga toluma (leave an escape route for your
opponent) so she should that her outgoing deputy Rt. Hon. Jacob
Oulanyah also retains the slot of Deputy Speaker as it was the case
with her in 2006 when now Vice President H.E. Edward Kiwanuka Ssekandi
got a second term.
Baganda also say:Eva ku mugendo efuuka kaasa (If a red aunt leaved off
the movement, it is outlawed). Rt. Hon. Oulanyah should remain waiting
for next time which is a matter of years as the system studies him
more and he gets more integrated.
