I need those informed about the law, to explain what this means, there is a source advising that Jian Ghomeshi will not go to court for a second trial for he will agree to a peace bond  this coming Wednesday. The source continues to advise that Ghomeshi will agree to “keep the peace and be of good behavior” for as long as a year. Let us remember that he is accused of sexually assaulting a female colleague in CBC {Canadian Broadcasting Cop ration} offices in 2008.  Now what exactly does this mean? Has he plead guilty or not? Has the court found him innocent? Or the accuser has pulled out of the case? And if she has pulled out why is he agreeing to the peace bond? What exactly has happened here when the rich manipulate the judicial system?

 

We expect this to be breaking as soon as the morning breaks in the city, for the source has always been reliable,  until when it disappoints today.
