{UAH} HOW EDUCATED MUST A UGANDAN MP BE?

I would like the legal experts on this forum to assist me on this.

Does the law on the education of Uganda Members of Parliament require them to hold HSC or its equivalent?

Supposing I hold letters higher than HSC, are they deemed equivalent and therefore able to back my electoral bid?

Since my 'higher letters' are not equivalent to HSC, would this mean that I do not qualify for parliament in Uganda because my academic attainments are higher than (AND MINUS) HSC? Would I be disqualified for being over-qualified?
