{UAH} NADDULI TO ENSURE THAT POWER DEVOLVES TO REGIONS
Al Haji Lt. Abdul Rahman Nadduli, Minister without portfolio
designate, Vice chairperson in charge of Buganda Region, Chairperson
NRM Buganda Regional Task Force, and until recently Chairperson Luwero
District, has vowed to ensure that devolution of power to regions that
was entrenched in 2005 in 1995 constitution is consolidated and warned
detractors who cry for early departure of President Museveni to be
cautious because they are not sure whether his successor will better
or worse.
He was on ,Magezi Muliro, a three hour Sunday program from 11.00 am to
2.00 pm on Radio Bilal, Uganda Muslim Supreme Council, Old Kampala.
