{UAH} STORIES FROM MARY, MY SHILLUK FRIEND

A Dinka couple whose house was broken into a few times this time watched as the thief came around.

On entering the house the wife attempted to wake up her husband who had promised to deal with the thief should he or she ever return.

Wife whispers to husband "he is taking your pants". Husband replies "let him take it. It's an old cloth and he is doing his job".

Thief goes to take another object and wife again whispers to husband "he is taking the TV". Husband replies "let him take it. It has only one channels and its old".

For the third time the thief goes on to steal yet another object and wife says loud "he is stealing your wife".

Wife got the shock of her life when husband replied "let him steal her. I will marry another one".

The woman fainted and became suddenly heavy as the frightened thief thinking she was dead dropped her and took off.
