{UAH} Garbage in garbage out

Your brain like your old computer has memory modules or buffers and gradually slows down as it consumes and processes tones of all tribes of raw data, filling up the trash-can not forgetting the wear and tear over time.

The reason kids are sharper and more agile is because their memory buffers and the trash can are largely empty like a new computer & have young brain cells. Your brain might have a trash can full consuming storage space with trash and you need to empty it to free up resources.

Your brain will slow down faster depending on how much trash you feed it with and the environmental pressure you are exposed to.

You don't need to listen to every speech or read every material when the substance has no value addition to your well being.

For your own mental health, develop some degree of contempt and install a filter to process what comes in.

Remember the adage "garbage in, garbage out". It is real!
