-- Nadulli should not tell Acholi what to do with their natural wealth. Time when others took advantage of Acholi's natural wealth; natural kindness and natural justice is dwindling fast!. Acholi is looking for equality of treatment and fairness in business as in all walks of life. The approach, however, is warped!.
Many of us have been calling to Acholi dysfunctioning leaders and fractured institutions to pull up their socks. Much as a few are heeding the call there is still gap in efficiency and deafness in certain 1/4s. The federal model that we have been using to educate them is being misunderstood and wrongly applied. There is no need to kill Charcoal burners from Luwero, the Acholi leaders should use fiscal sticks to whip the pockets of these traders as disincentive; rather than a real a tree branch. Our federal model does not condone violence but legislation and use of other instruments to curtail or encourage certain practices. The people of Luwero, should also be encouraged to adopt the federal model if for example Itesot go to harvest and sell Matooke from the region. They should tax the pockets and not use raw violence.
This again emphasises why the call by the FEDBY20/20 Campaign, for a phase by phase approach, to be simplistic and comprehensive in a fractured and dysfunctioning society, or else we will end up in flames like India and Pakistan.
