{UAH} Police brutality...

Dear  Ugandans

Let us share this monitor article about police brutality

According Ruhweza...when asked if he saw police officers beating ugandans he said no. Personally i doubt if he did not see the events unfolding...due to

1. He gave instruction to police officers prior the beating to keep law and order.
These pilice men were armed with Enkoni...sticks....what were they for.

2. He fies not give detsuls of instructions in regard to the usage of sticks....or the nature of instuctions.... what sort of procedures were police officers  expected to operate  when they were armed with sticks to beat...

3. He was on a pilice doyble cabin carrying the police officers of whom are part of the incidents.

4why were police officers armed with aticks on the day Besigye was bring released.

5.Ruhweza must accept to mske it easier for himself and gets charged for their brutality.

6The personal assistant to kayihuras vehicle was cited on the day carrying these pilicemen whom are known to have beaten people. can we tale it thst Kayihura aproved the purchase of canes
authorised the caning and hurtassing ugandans

To me Kayihura should be demoted...sacked and jailed. He has treated ugandans with no dignity thus he deserves to be out of service.
