{UAH} The ballot stealing hits Zambia

Kaunda square community hall polling station has not been opened yet. Wrong material had been delivered earlier and the agents were by 07 still  preparing the booths.

In Nchelenge, a man known as innocent a station worker at DEBS  has been caught and he is in police cells after printing 2 500 ballot papers and markd PF.
