{UAH} RESPONSE to NSHIMYE: UNAA lawsuit
If the Court rules in our favor, we will draw up a list of things we want to look at. As we go through them, we may ask for other documents in order to understand what we would have gotten. If the leaders of UNAA cooperate with us, the process should be very smooth. If they obstruct us, we will force disclosure via subpoenas. This is especially so for bank records. e.g if they refuse to provide a bank statement, we can turn to the bank...but banks normally prefer that you provide a subpoena because the client can sue the bank for disclosing their documents...that is why banks will demand for a court order before they give you documents.
