{UAH} The speaker is just being obnoxious

'The Speaker of parliament has a penchant for petulance and pettiness. Her and other MPs onslaught against the media is a ploy to divert attention from the opulence of the August house, the manifestly inappropriate deal for her hotel to host a parliamentary event and more broadly the secretive and wasteful expenditure on privileges for MPs.

To argue that attention must also be paid to other government departments maybe right but ultimately infantile and diversionary in the circumstances, akin to the story of the child caught in a heist and seeking to avoid punishment by claiming that other child also stole and should be beaten.'-----NICHOLAS OPIYO
