{UAH} Are there any countries in the world that are Corruption free?

Folks:

A lot of politics and media propaganda talk about corruption and especially how African countries are corrupt? But increasingly promise are made to fight corruptions with no success. It has made me wonder whether it is possible to have corruption free countries. to the best of my recollection, there is no country which is corruption free. Yes corruption exist and is mater of degree so what is the way forwards. Are African politicians and media setting the bar on something they  have no clue about?    How do they measure corruption? Would it not be better to set realistic goals.

Put bluntly, given my claim that there is no corruption free country in the world, what should African countries do? Should they continue to chase what seem like a mirage?

And of course what exactly do politicians and the media and the public mean when they talk about corruptions? What is corruption anyway? Why does corruption seem rampant in Africa?Hint" careful not to generalize as usual.
